Just washed and waxed nimnim today. tried 2 different waxes. The old standard Turtle Wax paste and the newer Turtle Wax ICE. I couldn't tell much difference in polish and water beading. Ice is mush easier to apply. What is your Fav Wax?

Meguiar's. They have a lot of choices but the top of line stuff is good. After wax I use Meguiar's Detailer for quick spot cleaning and shine.
FIY....I "clay-bar" Winston to get a slick finish that is the cleanest possible and then wax. This get the surface very very slick. So smooth that if you tried to sit on it you would slide off very fast. Clay-bar takes out all the small grainy particles that get embedded in the clear coat and paint.

Definitely clay bar the car every 6 months or so depending on where its parked. I clay bar and I use Meguiars Tech wax 2.0, it doesn't leave the white residue on all the plastic parts like traditional wax does.

Yeah the Turtle wax ice doesn't either in fact it can be used on the plastic as well. I'll have to try the meguiars when I run out of ICE

Is the ice stuff the clear liquid? I had that and its good in between waxes, but its definitely more of a polish instead of a wax unless you have something different. The Meguiars Tech wax has been giving me pretty good results and the Ice shine is good for a really quick polish
