Radio Control Helicopters for Dummies!! Disclaimer: David has played with a huge variety of toys and cars for years and has rarely hurt himself. He is a very careful person and in general handles himself in a safe way. I just couldn't resist teasing him a bit........especially since he keeps reminding me over and over that he will need help bathing and with other personal care.

YO You now the Army has an old saying - if you are going to be dumb, you gota be tuff. Will this impact his racing ability?

It seems to be affecting his typing ability. I would say it will impact his driving ability until that little bottle of pills is empty. He almost sliced the tip off, through the nail.......and broke the bone. He's gonna be ok though. I was just ready to joke some about it. It was kind of stressful.
He was joking at the hospital. He was laying there looking very pale and sickly. Since we were not going to make the club meeting I asked him what he thought he might like to have for dinner. He quietly whispered......"finger sandwiches". ;D ;D ;D

This is hands down the most pain I have ever been in. The nurse asked me on a scale of 1 to 10 when it first happened how bad was the pain. My reply, 300 !!! After talking to the old farts at the flying field I don't feel so stupid now. Seems almost everyone has been hurt at one time or another. Even if these planes and helis look like toys they are not. They are serious machines that must be used with much thought and care.

Of course now you can flip everyone off and get away with it! I bet that thought already crossed your mind; didn't it!
