Tagged a new 08 Red Cooper S Turbo in the Walmart at Walker's Springs. It was cool to see a new new new Mini.
So is the only difference between 07 and 08 is that is says Turbo on the back?

howdy Wavtaxi. not much distinction here between the pushrod and overhead valve mini motor heads. We're all bi-minual here. Jim(Minigma) may be the only one using a classic mini logo in his avatar, but there are several in the club. QueenB (Donna) has one now and between her and her husband they have had lots over the years. I have a 66 Traveller, and my girl has an 83 sedan with custom ferric oxide treatment. My parents just traded for a red 70-something sedan. Barry may well still have a red Jap spec classic mini with all the modern conveniences, and there are a few others haring around Knoxvegas as well, including Mark Caldwell's top concours placing 850 moke. Given that there were only around 10,000 officially imported by the company, we're doing pretty well on population density around here...

I got tagged! Granted I was tagged almost a year ago, but I thought that I would share since I found the board. When: the weekend closest to March 12, 2007 Where: the Marble Slab in Fountain City. Who: queenB Circumstances: I was in town (originally from the FC area) with my wife for a going away party (for us) due to a impending move to FL. After enjoying the festivities I found a card on the door and a pepper white MINI parked behind us. Here is a pic of our MINI
